As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe that we all need a safe space to share our thoughts and help navigate our feelings. Over 20+ years of experience in the mental health field, focused on a person centered approach that's unique to the individual. Clinical focus is mainly adults but will consider children or adolescence on a case by case basis. My therapeutic goal for each client is to provide the support for them to be the best version of themselves as possible.
